I acknowledge and agree that my participation in the program and use of facilities offered by Ewa by Gentry Community Association is voluntary. I understand that participation carries inherent risks. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Ewa by Gentry Community Association, its staff, volunteers, directors, sponsors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may be sustained while participating in or using the facilities, services, or programs.

No refunds will be distributed; class registration is on a first-come first-served bases.
